1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
👉 Since Digitalfilezone.in offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is accessible via email or account.
🔹 डिजिटल प्रोडक्ट्स के लिए कोई रिफंड नहीं
👉 चूँकि Digitalfilezone.in पर बेचे जाने वाले उत्पाद डिजिटल (non-tangible, irrevocable) हैं, इसलिए एक बार ऑर्डर पूरा हो जाने और download link email या account पर उपलब्ध होने के बाद कोई भी रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
2. Why Refunds Are Not Possible
👉 The nature of digital media means once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. All payments are non-refundable, and any request/dispute will be rejected without communication.

👉 क्योंकि डिजिटल फाइल एक बार डाउनलोड हो जाने के बाद वापस नहीं की जा सकती, इसलिए सभी payments non-refundable हैं। किसी भी प्रकार की refund request या dispute को बिना किसी further communication के reject कर दिया जाएगा।
3. Customer Responsibility
👉 As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this policy before purchasing. If our system shows the file is downloaded/used, refund will not be issued.

👉 ग्राहक के रूप में, किसी भी खरीदारी से पहले आपको यह नीति समझना जरूरी है। अगर हमारे records में दिखता है कि product डाउनलोड/यूज़ हो चुका है, तो refund नहीं मिलेगा।
4. Exceptional Cases
👉 We stand behind our products and want your satisfaction. While refunds are not available, if you face download or unzipping issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

👉 हम अपने products पर विश्वास करते हैं और आपकी संतुष्टि हमारे लिए जरूरी है। हालाँकि refunds नहीं दिए जाते, लेकिन अगर आपको download या unzipping की समस्या आती है तो आपको खरीदारी के 24 घंटे के अंदर हमसे संपर्क करना होगा।
5. Download & Unzipping Issues
👉 If you cannot download or unzip the product:

Contact us immediately.

If you don’t contact us within 24 hours, it will be assumed your download was successful.

If unzip fails, we can resend the product to your email.
